Caterpillar Group President Denise Johnson to Participate at MINExpo on September 15; Webcast Available

(NYSE: CAT) Group President of Resource Industries Denise Johnson is expected to participate in a fireside chat and Q&A session at MINExpo on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Themed "Together, we're mining better," Caterpillar's MINExpo 2021 experience celebrates the company's partnership with mines and the ways it assists customers to mine more efficiently, effectively, safely and sustainably. Ms. Johnson is scheduled to speak for 45 minutes, beginning at approximately 9:30 a.m. PT. This virtual event will be hosted by Nicole DeBlase of Deutsche Bank.
