Highly Credentialed Leader Brings Proven Record of Growing Business in Competitive Markets

CACI International Inc (NYSE MKT: CACI) announced today that it has appointed Antoine (Tony) Azar as Senior Vice President, Health to lead the company’s growth in its Health market. Mr. Azar brings a proven record of leadership in highly competitive markets, delivering on customer commitments, exceeding targets, and achieving growth for his organizations. This strategic move reflects CACI’s commitment to expanding its business in providing solutions and services that improve healthcare delivery systems, enhance population health, better support military medical deployment missions, and provide more insightful health data analytics.

Mr. Azar comes to CACI from Harris Corporation, where he established and managed the company’s Government Healthcare Services Business Unit and served as Vice President and General Manager for both Civilian and Health business areas. In this role, he oversaw the capture of tactical and strategic healthcare business and managed operations. His experience also includes a 20-year career at General Dynamics, where he held progressive leadership positions culminating in his role as Vice President, Civilian Solutions for eight years. His portfolio at General Dynamics included the civilian health market.
