Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade actively in Monday's session. Stock movements noted by ticker reflect movements during regular trading hours; premarket trading is specified separately.

Caesars Entertainment Corp. -- Up 14% premarket: Eldorado Resorts agreed to acquire Caesars Entertainment in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at $8.58 billion, which would create one of the largest gambling companies in the U.S.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. -- Down 3.8% premarket: Bristol-Myers Squibb said it would divest itself of Otezla, a psoriasis treatment owned by Celgene Corp., to win approval from regulators and help smooth the path for the companies' pending merger. Celgene shares lose 3.3% premarket.

Carnival Corp. -- Down 3.1% premarket: The cruise operator's shares fell more than 12% last week after the company cut its full-year earnings outlook.

AMAG Pharmaceuticals Inc. -- Up 8.4% premarket: The company's shares rose more than 16% in Friday's extended session after it said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved a drug to treat low libido in women.

FedEx Corp. -- Down 1.7% premarket: FedEx is cutting prices for some customers of its Express network, The Wall Street Journal reported, including offering guaranteed two-day air service for the same price as shipping items through its Ground division.

NRC Group Holdings Corp. -- Up 26% premarket: US Ecology Inc. is buying NRC Group Holdings, an oil spill removal organization, in a stock deal the companies are valuing at $966 million.

Fortinet Inc. -- Up 3.5% premarket: J.P. Morgan raised its rating of Fortinet to overweight from neutral.
