Biohaven Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering of Common Shares

NEW HAVEN, Conn., May 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. (NYSE: BHVN) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,900,000 of its common shares at an initial public offering price of $17.00 per share.  In addition, Biohaven has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,485,000 common shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.  The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 4, 2017 under the ticker symbol "BHVN." 

The offering is expected to close on May 9, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.

Morgan Stanley, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Barclays Capital Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. is acting as lead manager.  Needham & Company, LLC is acting as co-manager.
