Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 3, 2018, Best Buy Co., Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K”) under Item 5.02(d) disclosing that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company elected Cindy R. Kent as a director, effective September 28, 2018. Committee assignments for Ms. Kent were not determined as of the filing of the Original 8-K.

On March 12, 2019, the Board appointed Ms. Kent to its Finance & Investment Policy Committee. Ms. Kent’s Committee appointment was effective March 12, 2019.
