Bank of America Corp. on Wednesday said its board approved a 17% increase to the company's quarterly cash dividend.
The company said the new dividend of 21 cents per share will be payable Sept. 24 to shareholders of record on Sept. 3.
Bank of America also said its board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.75 per share on its 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B. That dividend is payable on Oct. 25 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 15.
