Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 9, 2019, Brian P. Pressler, Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller of Aramark, tendered his resignation, effective February 8, 2019. Mr. Pressler will be assuming a similar role at another company. Aramark’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Bramlage, will assume the role of principal accounting officer, effective February 8, 2019.
