Air Products and Chemicals Inc. (APD) gave its guidance for its 2020 fiscal year on Thursday.
The gas-and-chemical vendor said it expects to report adjusted earnings of between $9.35 and $9.60 a share for its next fiscal year. The company expects capital expenditures of about $4 billion to $4.5 billion for the year, it said.
For its fiscal first quarter, the company said it expects to post adjusted earnings between $2.05 and $2.10 a share. Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting $2.09 a share on an adjusted basis for the period.
