FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- AutoNation, Inc. (NYSE: AN), America's largest automotive retailer, today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Centennial Chrysler Jeep, located in Denver, Colorado. This acquisition will expand the Company's footprint to 18 stores in the Denver market. In 2015, the store sold over 3,000 new and used retail vehicles, with approximately $110 million in annual revenue. This will be AutoNation's 30th FCA store. The Company expects to close the acquisition in the third quarter of 2016. The transaction is subject to customary terms and conditions, including manufacturer approval.
