On May 12, 2016, Imation Corp. (“Imation”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the release of an investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) in connection with Imation’s proxy contest to elect its slate of five highly-qualified candidates for election to the board of directors of Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (the “Company”).
