On February 5, 2018 , Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (the “Registrant”), issued a press release in which it announced financial results for the three-month period ended December 29, 2017 . A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 5, 2018, the Registrant announced that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend on the Registrant’s common stock of $0.32 per share, payable on March 15, 2018, to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2018. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
