Mr. Haack recently retired from Deloitte and Touche as a senior
partner, after practicing as a CPA with the firm since 1972. During
that time, he held positions of increasing responsibility, most
recently as the lead partner on the United Airlines and Boeing
accounts in Deloitte's Chicago office. He also served as lead partner
for Boeing during his 28 years in Deloitte's Seattle office. During
his career, he was the lead technical partner in Deloitte's Northwest

Mr. Haack received a B.S. Degree in business from the University

Nasdaq listing standards and SonoSite's corporate governance
guidelines, which require that a majority of board members be
independent.
