SuccessFactors to Transfer to the New York Stock Exchange

SAN MATEO, Calif., July 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SuccessFactors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFSF) today announced that it is transferring the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). The company expects to begin trading on the NYSE on July 19, 2011, under its current ticker symbol "SFSF".  The company will continue to trade on the NASDAQ until the transfer is completed. The company also expects to list on NYSE Euronext Paris and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
