Piedmont Lithium Limited Announces Notice of Greenshoe Exercise

On June 9, 2020, Piedmont Lithium Limited (the “Company”) received a notice from the underwriters of its previously announced offering of 1,800,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing 100 ordinary shares (the “Offering”), indicating that they have exercised their option to purchase an additional 265,000 ADSs, at the public offering price of US$6.30 per ADS less the underwriting discount, to close simultaneously with the 1,800,000 ADSs on June 11, 2020.
