(1)	The "Amount" and "Price" reported in this Column 4 reflect the aggregate number and weighted-average price, respectively, of shares purchased. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $17.95 to $18.00, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the SEC staff, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth herein.
(2)	This Form 4 is is not timely filed. The untimely filing of this Form 4 caused the total amount of securities beneficially reported by the Reporting Person in the Forms 4 filed on October 23, 2020 and June 11, 2021 to be underreported by 2,000 shares. As of the date of this filing, July 15, 2021, 2021, the Reporting Person is the direct beneficial owner of 13,260 shares of the common stock of the Issuer.
