Conference Call 


DENVER, Nov. 7  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Prima Energy Corporation  has
scheduled a conference call for Friday, November 7, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. Mountain
Standard Time (11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time), in order to review the
Company's third quarter 2003 financial results and provide an update on
operations.  Earnings will be released after the market closes on Thursday,
November 6, 2003.

Interested parties may access the conference call by dialing [phone] and
providing conference I.D. "Prima".  Replays will be available from 11:30 a.m.
