Onyx(R) Software Corporation (Nasdaq:ONXS), a worldwide

announced DirectNET has chosen its full suite of customer relationship
management (CRM) products as a unifying, company-wide platform for
improving workflow, enhancing customer service, generating sales
opportunities and conducting marketing campaigns. DirectNET, the
nation's number one value added reseller (VAR) of KVM switch
solutions, selected Onyx after an extensive review which included
vendors such as SalesLogix, Salesforce.com, Siebel OnDemand, Sugar CRM
and Soffront CRM Software.
DirectNET selected Onyx's integrated CRM, business process
management and analytics solutions to unite DiretNET's three
independent business units which focus on selling KVM switch solutions
to enterprises and online, as well as the nation's only online server
rack superstore. The success of the three business units have enabled
DirectNET to emerge as the foremost reseller of KVM and server rack
brands.
