On August 13, 2018, Netflix, Inc. (“Netflix”) announced that David Wells intends to resign as Netflix’s Chief Financial Officer pending the appointment of his replacement. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
