Logitech’s 2014 Share Buyback Program Expires; Company to Enter New Program

Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced that, as of April 24, 2017, the Company’s three-year share buyback program, initiated in April 2014, expired. During the three years of the 2014 share buyback program, the Company repurchased 9,112,417 of its shares. In March 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a new 2017 share buyback program, which authorizes the Company to use up to $250 million to repurchase its shares. The new program, communicated at Logitech’s Analyst and Investor Day last month, is expected to begin in May 2017, following approval from the Swiss Takeover Board.
