INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

 

On January 19, 2011, Eurand N.V. and Axcan Holdings, Inc. announced Eurand shareholder approval of certain matters relating to the Axcan tender offer and approval from all relevant antitrust authorities.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
