On August 10, 2020, Enlivex Therapeutics Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the dosing of the first patient in an investigator-initiated multi-center clinical trial of Allocetra^TM in COVID-19 patients in severe condition with respiratory failure.
