MONTREAL, May 24  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dectron Internationale, Inc. (NASDAQ:DECT) - As previously disclosed, Dectron received a Nasdaq Staff Determination notice stating that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14) because it did not timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended January 31, 2006 (the "10-K"). In a letter dated May 24, 2006, the Nasdaq staff advised Dectron that based on the filing of its 10-K the company regained compliance with Rule 4310(c)(14) and that the matter is now closed.
