Corinthian Announces New CDI Education Campus in Kitchener, Canada

SANTA ANA, Calif. and TORONTO, Oct. 27  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corinthian
Colleges, Inc.  today announced that CDI Education Corporation ("CDI"), a
wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has received provincial government
approval to acquire a former CMA Careers Inc. college located in Kitchener
(Ontario), Canada.

The newly renamed CDI College of Business, Technology and Healthcare Kitchener
campus offers diploma programs in healthcare, business and other service
industry areas such as travel and tourism.  The campus currently serves
approximately 130 students.

"The acquisition of the Kitchener campus was in process prior to Corinthian's
acquisition of CDI, and we are pleased to welcome our new faculty, staff and
