Item 7.01			Regulation FD Disclosure.

To allow additional time for client readiness in the current environment, CME Group is moving the migration date of BrokerTec to Globex. BrokerTec Europe will migrate on January 18 and BrokerTec U.S. will follow on February 1. CME Group also announced that 2020 synergy estimates will not be impacted as a result of the change in dates.
