Quarton Partners Announces The Sale Of Sequa Automotive Group To The Jordan Company L.P.

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Quarton Partners is pleased to announce that Sequa Automotive Group, a division of Sequa Corporation, has been acquired by The Jordan Company L.P. Quarton Partners and Barclays acted as exclusive financial advisors to Sequa Corporation and The Carlyle Group.
