(Nasdaq: AGNC) ("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share of common stock for January 2015.  The dividend is payable on February 6, 2015 to common shareholders of record as of January 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2015.
