 Prestbury Holdings PLC targets additional 8 million customers through its deal
                               with Severn Trent

Prestbury Holdings PLC ("Prestbury" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted financial
services company is pleased to announce that it has today entered into a deal
with Severn Trent Retail Services, part of the Severn Trent Water Group, to
provide its customers with Life Assurance/Protection Brokerage services.  This
new service will be a welcome addition to the suite of Severn Trent insurance
products, all aimed at providing customers with "peace of mind".

The deal provides Prestbury Holdings with an opportunity to further expand its
client base whilst enabling Severn Trent's customers to have access to
Prestbury's life assurance offering.  As part of the deal Severn Trent will
undertake the marketing activity whilst Prestbury Holdings will manage the
administration.

All transactions will be handled by Moneybrain, a division of Prestbury Holdings
under the name of Severn Trent Insurance (Moneybrain).  Listed below are some of

ordinary shares raising #1.0 million of new money for the Company.  The Company
was established in 1994 offering a range of complementary financial products
specialising in Life Assurance and Income Protection Products, Non-Status
