announcement released erroneously on 28 November 2002 at 14:16 under RNS Number 
6342S.

Due to an administrative error, it was stated that Mr Leslie-Melville's total
holding was 350,000 ordinary 2p shares when, in fact, it should have been 
405,000 ordinary 2p shares.
