Le directeur financier du groupe énergétique italien Eni (ENI.MI), Massimo Mondazzi, a déclaré mercredi qu'il était "confiant" dans la réalisation de l'objectif de 2,6 milliards d'euros de cessions d'actifs cette année.
Le dirigeant a indiqué qu'Eni avait obtenu environ 500 millions d'euros jusqu'à présent grâce aux cessions, principalement au Nigeria. Il a ajouté qu'environ 850 millions d'euros rentreraient d'ici à la fin de l'année à la suite de la ventes d'actions Galp Energia. Ces deux montants pris ensemble représentent environ la moitié de l'objectif fixé pour 2015, a-t-il noté.
Massimo Mondazzi a ajouté qu'Eni était en discussions avancées pour des cessions, sans fournir davantage de détails.
L'action Eni perd 1,2%, à 17,17 euros.
