Victrex plc announces the appointment of Jonathan Azis as a non-executive
Director of the Company.

Jonathan Azis (aged 46) is Chairman designate of Isotron PLC and a Director of
Hanson Capital Ltd. A qualified solicitor, he was previously an Executive
Director and Company Secretary of Hanson PLC.

Jonathon Azis is a Director of Isotron PLC. There are no other matters to be
disclosed in accordance with paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UKLA.
