NEW YORK, June 27  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Inc.'s Stock Market Upturn Notes Linked to the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 Index.

Priced at $10 with an initial offer size of 2.025 million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SEM and has a maturation date of October 9, 2007.

The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc. The Amex specialist unit is AGS/STR/OTA.
