TraWell, azienda attiva nei servizi di protezione, deposito bagagli, prodotti e servizi accessori ha iniziato ieri le contrattazioni del titolo TraWell Co, ticker "TRWAF", sul mercato OTCQX, gestito da OTC Markets Group Inc., con sede a New York. Il trading sul mercato OTCQX offre alle aziende un accesso ai mercati dei capitali statunitensi.
Il presidente Rudolph Gentile ha dichiarato: "TraWell offre agli investitori un positioning unico al centro dei settore dei servizi ai viaggiatori, con un ampio portafoglio di attività commerciali presenti in 12 paesi con 125 punti vendita in 36 aeroporti e milioni di clienti nel mondo. Il nord America è un mercato chiave per il gruppo, che genera circa il 50% dei ricavi nell'area. Per questa ragione abbiamo ritenuto interessante facilitare l'ingresso di investitori americani nel capitale della società".
TraWell Co, si legge in una nota, ha altresì iniziato la preparazione di un roadshow negli Stati Uniti per incontrare investitori istituzionali.
