Analisti confermano valutazione positiva sul titolo
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor Plus) - Milano, 19 dic - Giornata positiva per Greenthesis l'acquisizione del 70% del capitale di Bigaran, attiva da oltre cinquant'anni nel settore della raccolta dei rifiuti in Veneto e nel Nord Italia, attraverso l'impianto di San Biagio di Callalta (Tv) e di Megliadino San Vitale (Pd). Il titolo della società, che opera nel ciclo dei rifiuti ed è quotata sull'Egm, ha aperto in rialzo fin dalle prime battute e al momento viaggia a +3,22%.
Gli analisti di Intermonte confermano la "view positiva" sul titolo. "Questa acquisizione - secondo gli esperti - è in linea con la strategia industriale del gruppo Greenthesis di
rafforzarsi con asset caratterizzati da business ad alta componente di attività a matrice circolare e permetterà di ottenere importanti sinergie di tipo operativo e commerciale a beneficio della base clienti del Nord-Est Italia".
