                      Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman
                                        

Atlantic Global, ("Atlantic" or "the Company") the AIM listed specialist
developer of business and resource management software applications to a broad
range of customers, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Cox (58) to
the Board as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mr. Cox takes over
the role from Mr. Adrian Bradshaw, who has been serving as temporary Chairman
since May and who will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive director.

Mr. Cox has more than 35 years experience of the IT industry, including over 25 
years at IBM, much of it spent in sales and marketing to major corporate clients, 
latterly as a Director of IBM (UK) Limited. Subsequently he held senior positions 
at BT and Royal Insurance, where he was Director and General Manager, of Royal UK 
Limited. Mr. Cox also worked in a senior interim executive capacity for Prudential 
Corporation, United Utilities and Barclays Bank, with responsibilities in IT and 
business operations. He currently holds several non-executive positions and is a 
Director of Sirius Financial Solutions Plc, a quoted software company which is a 
leading provider of systems and services to the insurance industry. He is also 
chairman of Fretwell Downing Informatics Limited, a software company specialising 
in library management systems and Xpert Communications Limited, a network and 
systems integration company.

Mr. Cox has no further disclosures to make under Schedule Two (f) (iii-viii) of 
the AIM rules.

Commenting on the appointment, Eugene Blaine, Managing Director, said: "I believe 
David's vast experience of the IT market on both the customer and supply side 
together with his extensive corporate contacts at senior level, along with his 
proven general management skills, will bring a new dimension to the Company and
