A Heard on the Street article Thursday about the deal incorrectly said that a failure to vote "yes" would trigger a termination or "break fee."

The name of Swiss agrochemical company Syngenta AG was misspelled as Sygenta in some editions Thursday in a Page One article about Chinese companies' investments in Germany.
