MSCI's IPD UK Residential Property Index
Walls & Futures REIT plc today announced it had joined the MSCI IPD UK Residential Property Index.
The index measures unleveraged total returns of directly held standing property investments. As of December 2016, it tracked the performance of 11,201 residential property investments, with a total capital value of GBP12.1 billion.
