Management Team Appointment
Further to the announcement of 10 October 2022, Visum Technologies Plc (AQSE: VIS), a video technology company focused on the global leisure market, announces that Shahyan Khan has been appointed Director of Finance effective immediately. Shahyan has an extensive strategic and financial background, including M&A, investment strategies, and corporate management.
Marc Dixon, CEO of Visum, commented : "We are pleased Shahyan has joined Visum Technologies management team and look to his expertise and contributions as we develop through a combination of organic growth and strategic partnerships."
