Interims out next Thursday -

These guys have put in £1million into Vitesse and have some influential shareholders here -

So we should get some detail here -

Incidentally a few jobs being advertised for the company and completely debt free -

Big opportunities state side as well -

I do think there will need to be a of patience -

Stock is tight as a lot of it is held by "High Net Worths" and probably a few brought in by Stilwell -

So u never know when the first move is -

Good luck -

Not only gender equality -

Yep but if/when it moves, it will really move and good luck trying to get stock near these levels at that stage. Slow game to wait but will just take a bit of good news indicating the team are pulling off their plan and it will be off. I expect to hold this for 5+ years.

Subject recently to a refinancing and change of management, new chief executive Simon Stilwell sees diversity as one of the planks of his recovery plans.

“Diversity is not a wave you want to stand in front of,” he says, adding the level of sponsorship and interest in the event shows how seriously big companies are taking the issue

Amazon Web Services, Salesforce, Rolls-Royce, Expedia and RBS are some of the IT event’s sponsors, which has grown to be one of the world’s largest in just three years.

Good article - Diversity of all races is huge in the U.S -

MIFIID was mentioned a few years back but back in spotlight with MIFID 11 - And Stilwell would probably be one of the ones to look at that -

That also could be very big for VIS -

Absolutely -

Again you never know with these stocks and the real gains are made longer term -

However as it is AIM there is that element of risk -

Was buying ZOO at 6pish it is now almost 50p - Clearly I did not hold on but once there is real interest the share price can take a life of its own -

If Stilwell builds VIS like Liberum and gets a significant increase in T/O PROFITS EPS etc then this could be another story where some bought at around bottom -

Quite a few sells on VIS but the price has held -

Stock is held quite tightly so roughly i would say this is about bottom -

next step is to see what STILWELL will do -

A few buys appearing here and there -

The key focus of this business will be the events side with is going stateside -

I think stilwell has a lot of contacts and certainly a lot of blue chip clientele as sponsors as well as online sponsors -

One big partner would really get this moving as most things are now in place -

Debt free and now really looking to grow "revenue" -

They have rebranded and websites look pretty good and in addition they have the ear of Chris Ingram -

The "reach" actually looks quite compelling i.e 5mill plus visitors for this company - The trick will really be how to exploit that -

Look at Stilwell says about the whatinvestment brand -

Very quiet here -

I see David and Monique Newlands in JOG which has done extremely well -

Quite a few high net worths here so expecting a bit of interest down the line -

Good morning -

Now with enough cash vis could acquire distressed companies in the media sphere that would enable them to either add to the bottom line - cross sell or further deals within the current status quo -

They certainly have the right people and it seems shareholders -

Most stock is held quite tight for this story. MMs giving 50k at 3p.

If VIS can partner with a big company in this field then there is a lot of scope to take this company to the next level -

In the interview £2.2mill raised -

Once debt of £400k is paid that will leave probably around £1.7mill-1.75mill in the kitty with the company around breakeven and debt free -

Some really great clientele however we'll see how stilwell will increase revenues here - The U.S market should be a teller. If they can really pull off the New York event then interestingly a lot of those companies may look partner and provide advertising revenue online as well as eventwise -

Stilwell did mention the diversity side of things will be expanded to US followed by Europe and then perhaps ASIA - This would be a rollout of this side of the business.

Interesting interview -

Comes across as a very well knowleged individual as can be seen from his past -

What is interesting is what he said about diversity and how that as an complete business i.e EVENTS et al has been requested by its partners -

Looking at the events side of thing the USA is "very big" on diversity in particular in the current status quo.

This imo represents a very big opportunity for Vitesse Media -

Clients just for the EVENTS side include:

Amazon Web Services, Rolls-Royce, Accenture, Yoox Net-aPorter, Direct Line, Shroders, Frank Recruitment Group, BMC Software, KPMG, Google, VMware, Red Hat, Vodafone, Apple, John Lewis, Tesco, BT and Barclays

If some of these clientele are saying we want you guys in the US then clearly the opportunity in this environment is v large -

Good afternoon -

Yep a lot of stock 73% in high net worth hands. Interesting to see Herald on the shareholders list here as well -

Make this a one stop shop for IT communities as it seems about building online communities -

The events side has huge scope for the VIS brand especially as one aspect in moving state side New York -

I think there are some very interesting characters and investors here -

But dyor -
