TruSpine Technologies plc, (AQSE: TSP) the medical device company focused on the development of its pioneering "screwless," spinal (vertebral) stabilisation systems notes the publication of the public censure and fine of GBP215,000 on the Company by Aquis Stock Exchange. The Company intends to appeal certain aspects of the Disciplinary Notice.
