PDMR dealing and Major Shareholdings

TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces that it was notified that on 7 December 2022 Alexander Selegenev, the Company's Executive Director, agreed to acquire 36,364 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$2.75 per Ordinary Share (" Share Acquisition") . The Ordinary Shares are to be acquired from Menostar Holdings Limited .

Following the settlement of the Share Acquisition Alexander Selegenev will be interested in 130,747 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.42% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Upon settlement of the Share Acquisition, which is expected to occur no later than 7 January 2023, TMT shareholdings of the members of the concert party, as defined in the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), which currently exists in the Company, will change as follows (based on the latest information available to the Company and assuming no other changes in the shareholdings of the members of the concert party before the settlement ):
