Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 13 September 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold 23,672 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP0.285 per Ordinary Share and repurchased 23,672 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.28575 per Ordinary Share, due to adjustments in individual client portfolios. On 15 September 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited purchased a further 170,000 at GBP0.2895 per Ordinary Share.

The notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited is increased to 32,412,750 Ordinary Shares.
