On 7 February 2023, the purchase of 22,708 ordinary shares of 5p each for an average market price of 44.25p by a custodian on behalf of Mrs Sally Blackwood's investment ISA, Mrs Blackwood being a person closely associated to David Blackwood, Chairman. Mrs Blackwood is the beneficial owner of the acquired shares.
