Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Redcentric plc (AIM:RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company") a leading UK IT managed services provider, received notification from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on 27 December, 28 December and 29 December 2023 it purchased, on behalf of its discretionary client accounts, an aggregate of 35,357 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of GBP1.2577 per Ordinary Share.
Mr Oliver Scott is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr Scott is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in Redcentric.
Following this transaction, Kestrel Opportunities holds (and consequently Mr Scott is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 16,402,618 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr Scott has no beneficial interest, hold 15,570,954 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 31,973,572 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 20.45 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
