Reach Long-Term Incentive Plan 2012 ("LTIP") - Sale of Shares for 2019 Award

Further to the announcement on 16 December 2022, the sale of shares to cover applicable withholding tax and other deductions arising on exercise of Jim Mullen's LTIP 2019 award has now completed. The notification set out below details the shares sold on 16 and 19 December 2022 only. The total number of shares sold to cover applicable withholding tax and other deductions arising on exercise (including those previously announced on 16 December 2022) is 477,516 shares.

The remaining shares are subject to a two-year holding period from 4 December 2022 to 4 December 2024.
