Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and services provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on Tuesday 11 April 2023. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Thursday 4 May 2023 at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3XL.
