mowed the lawns today, its still warm and sunny here in the SW. load of mushrooms and weeds in the lawn, not much grass. Ive not a clue what they were, size of dinnerplates, didnt try any though.

Ah good, its 5 O clock, and all those city slickers will be shooting off to get stuck in the traffic, having done their useful, and worthwhile contribution to society.. stuffing our pensions, life policies, endowments etc.

Time for the country bumpkins, like my good self, to dwell on the proliferation of our fungus freinds, these cool, damp, start of autumn days.
