Good morning,

The AGM was a shocker, and I have never attended a meeting like it last September! I do hope there are plans for the spending of the cash to benefit all shareholders soon.

Some announcements before Christmas would probably make my holidays and and a promise of new developments in the New Year would increase my faith in the new board!

I have met some of you from the Dakotas in the US and others from Britain and around Ireland at previous AGMS. Generally, I think the shareholders are a nice group who attend the meetings in Dublin each year or every 6 months. I think however most shareholders don't vote or take any interest in the company that they have invested in.

I really don't know how to advise about buying or sellling the stock at the moment! I qualified as an accountant, but am now semi-retired and working part-time in security.

I would like to hear any of your thoughts!

Kind regards,

Paul Winter

Let's hope the new board can begin to implement the 'new phase of development and value creation for shareholders' that we we're promised in the last update, sooner rather than later.Bit like watching paint dry atm.

I guess T A holding 22% will soon take on Chairmanship and a change of name for the company is likely.

Entire management team and remaining independent board resigned en-masse.

Let’s see what Anderson delivers

Tom Anderson's letter to shareholders is pretty unhelpful and doesn't lay out a future plan for ORM any more than the current BOD do.

Adding more 'experience, talent and brainpower' to the board sounds like adding more cost.

TA says he will pass on to the board some opportunities that cross his desk. Not exactly very inspiring.

I'm sure with 23% of the shares TA has a plan but he's not sharing it.

It then depends on whether we trust somebody who has committed about £1.5m of their own money to own 23% of the business or the current BOD with no stake who are just sitting and taking their fat salaries.

Still, I think a missed opportunity. TA could have set out a plan as to why we should vote for articles 7/8 rather than just this vague 'promise of better'.

Perhaps the way forward is to vote against resolutions 4/5/6 to stop the issuing of extra securities until we see a proper plan? But vote for resolutions 7/8 to get TA's guys on board.

I don't see TA wanting to trash his own investment here....so his resolutions seem the only sensible options.

Any other views?
