Newbury Racecourse PLC announces that it has posted to shareholders copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, along with notice of the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM"). The AGM to be held in the Owners Club, Newbury Racecourse, Racecourse Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 7NZ on 11 June 2024 at 12:00 noon.
