Timothy A. Barker Joins First Republic Wealth Advisors

Family Wealth Management Executive Appointed Senior Managing Director In New York 


SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 13  /PRNewswire/ -- First Republic Bank, a leading provider of private banking, private business banking and wealth management services, today announced that Timothy A. Barker, a Family Wealth professional with more than 25 years of experience, has been named Senior Managing Director of First Republic Wealth Advisors.

Barker works on the Family Wealth team of First Republic Wealth Advisors to identify and recommend customized wealth management solutions for individuals, families, foundations and non-profit organizations. Barker works at the Bank's office at 1230 Avenue of the Americas in Rockefeller Center.

Prior to joining First Republic, Barker worked for eight years at U.S. Trust Company in New York as Managing Director.  Before that, he worked for Picotte Companies as Vice President, Finance and Investment.  Prior to that, Barker held executive positions with Prudential Securities and AYCO Corporation in New York.  He has a Juris Doctorate degree from the Albany Law School of Union University, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College in New York.
