John Froley Joins First Republic Securities Company

Senior Investment Professional Named Investment Consultant 


SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 27  /PRNewswire/ -- First Republic Bank, a leading provider of private banking, private business banking and wealth management services, today announced that John Froley, an investment professional with more than 15 years of experience, has been named Investment Consultant of First Republic Securities Company, LLC.

First Republic Securities Company, member FINRA/SIPC and a wholly owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Co., FSB, offers a wide range of investment products, including municipal and U.S. Government securities, corporate debt and equity securities, and alternative investments.

Froley will work with individuals, families, businesses, foundations and nonprofit organizations to help meet their investment needs.  Froley works at 111 Pine Street in San Francisco.

Froley is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) professional, a member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Waldorf School and a member of the San Francisco Financial Planning Association.  Froley holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and earned a Bachelor of Art's degree in English from University of California, Santa Barbara.
